Billy Graham, 99, Dies; Pastor Filled Stadiums and Counseled Presidents

The Rev. Billy Graham, a North Carolina farmer’s son who preached to millions in stadium events he called crusades, becoming a pastor to presidents and the nation’s best-known Christian evangelist for more than 60 years, died on Wednesday at his home.

Billy Frank to his family and friends as a boy — was born near Charlotte on Nov. 7, 1918, the first of four children of William Franklin Graham and Morrow Coffey Graham.

'Laser man' John Ausonius facing life sentence in Frankfurt

The Swedish convicted killer dubbed "the Laserman" and suspected white supremacist – is facing another life sentence in Frankfurt court on Wednesday for the murder of a Jewish woman more than 25 years ago.

The Frankfurt prosecution alleges that Ausonius killed Zmigrod in February 1992 following an argument the pair had the day before the incident at a "Mövenpick" restaurant in central Frankfurt, where Zmigrod worked as a cloakroom attendant.

Good weekend for: Eintracht Frankfurt, Marco Reus, Mario Gomez, Dominic Tedesco, Mainz. — Arguably the most thrilling game of the weekend came in the unfamiliar Monday night slot, which in itself was a huge talking point.

Just when Bayern Munich looked like dropping points for the first time since November, they pulled a rabbit out of the hat to move a step closer to the title in record time. The exciting action is below the leaders though, with Borussia Dortmund finally looking like a side worth taking seriously again with a hard-fought and deserved win at Borussia Mönchengladbach.
