'Nightmare over' for refugee footballer

Al-Araibi is expected to be greeted by a crowd of supporters, including his football team, Pascoe Vale FC upon his return to Melbourne on Tuesday afternoon.

The footballer's wife told the BBC she was deeply thankful for the lobbying efforts of the Australian government and public, and the international football community. "I have had a smile all the time on my face and I can't stop crying - I am just so happy," said the 24-year-old, who does not wish to be named.

Germany: 'Noticeable increase' in sabotage cyberattacks

Germany's Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has noticed an increase in the number and caliber of cyberattacks on vital utilities, according to Germany's Welt am Sonntag  newspaper.

"There has been a noticeable increase in the number and caliber of attacks, with the aim of shutting off power and water supplies." Security authorities were reported to believe that the number of attacks involving foreign intelligence agencies is on the rise.
