Sex tape allegedly showing R. Kelly and underage girl turned over to Chicago authorities. Their accusations come six weeks after a Lifetime documentary series, Surviving R. Kelly, took another look at old sexual misconduct allegations against the R&B star.

Two women said Thursday that singer R. Kelly picked them out of a crowd at a Baltimore after-party in the mid-1990s when they were underage and had sex with one of the teens although she was under the influence of marijuana and alcohol and could not consent.

Two more women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct and rape against already-embattled singer R. Kelly.

Latresa Scaff and Rochelle Washington came forward with their lawyer, Gloria Allred, who is representing several other clients who claim R. Kelly, whose full name is Robert Kelly, 52, mistreated them following a bombshell documentary series from Lifetime titled “Surviving R. Kelly.”

El Chapo's lawyers request new trial after report of juror misconduct

Lawyers for convicted drug trafficker Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán intend to petition for a new trial after a news report indicated that multiple jurors followed media coverage of the trial against the instructions of the judge in the case.

?In a letter to Judge Brian Cogan released on Friday, attorney Eduardo Balarezo, who represented Guzmán at the trial, said his client, currently incarcerated in lower Manhattan awaiting sentencing, “intends to file motion for a new trial based on the disclosures in the article and to request an evidentiary hearing to determine the extent of the misconduct”. Balarezo earlier described the allegations contained in the Vice report as “deeply concerning and distressing”.
