Sunday 12:38 GMT

Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer was criticized Friday evening after the initial statement he released about Thursday’s attack on two New Zealand mosques failed to mention the word “Muslim.”

Premier League: fight for top four is on – just don’t mention the b-word

Monday 22:45 GMT

If a Premier League team win the Champions League and finish outside the top four, and Arsenal or Chelsea win the Europa League and finish outside the top four, then only the top three will join them.

Recently a talented 10-year-old on a three-month trial at a Premier League academy spent the entire experience trying to cope with a relentless test of his character. Tuesday 14:30 GMT

President Trump accused the media on Monday of straining to find ways to blame him for last week's massacre in two New Zealand mosques that left 50 people dead.

CNN, MSNBC and other mainstream media outlets have been filled with pundits either tying the killer’s rhetoric to Trump or slamming Trump for not doing enough to condemn the massacre. A CNN on-screen graphic on Monday morning mocked the president for tweeting about a variety of issues over the weekend without tweeting about the attack.

SNC-Lavalin never mentioned 9,000 potential job losses, CEO says

Thursday 08:05 GMT

Conservatives lay groundwork for marathon filibuster after Liberals shut down SNC-Lavalin probe. Unlike the Trudeau government, he said the Montreal-based company has never cited the protection of 9,000 Canadian jobs as a reason it should be granted a remediation agreement to avoid a criminal trial.

SNC-Lavalin‘s local employees will be forced to work for foreign competitors if the embattled engineering firm is barred from bidding on federal contracts, diminishing its role as rare Canadian global champion, the company’s CEO said Wednesday.

Scheer: Criticism for not mentioning Muslims in N.Z. statement 'completely baseless'

Today 00:33 GMT

Andrew Scheer says criticism over his initial failure to mention that Muslims were targeted in the recent mass murder in New Zealand is "completely baseless" and driven by "disgusting" Liberal efforts to score political points from the tragedy.

In answering a question Saturday about how he deals with that criticism, the federal Conservative leader once again initially made no reference to Muslims.
