Anthony Weiner released after serving prison time for sexting teen

Monday 19:04 GMT

— Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner has been released from federal prison after being convicted of having illicit online contact with a 15-year-old girl in 2017.

Weiner began serving a 21-month prison sentence at the Federal Medical Center Devens, located about 64 kilometres west of Boston in Ayer, Massachusetts, in November 2017. The bureau website shows Weiner is slated to complete his sentence May 14, a few months earlier than scheduled because of good conduct in prison.

GOP Congressman by day, National Guard pilot at night: Kinzinger says he 'loves' border deployment

Today 18:10 GMT

That’s in addition to the active duty troops who’ve been deployed to assist at the border, per President Trump’s request.

It’s the plane Kinzinger will fly for the next five hours (one of its primary advantages — being able to fly and work, undetected, longer than most other aircraft.) He is not going to the office in Washington D.C., but out past a hangar toward a plane, an RC-26 surveillance aircraft.
