Prime Central London to See Residential Recovery by 2021

Brexit uncertainty is set to keep any recovery of London's prime real estate market at bay for another two years, according to a forecast Thursday from U.K. real estate agency Savills.

"Historically, any recovery in the prime housing markets has been sparked in central London," said Lucian Cook, Savills head of residential research, in the report. "The catalyst has often been a currency advantage," though prime central London also has to look like good value compared to other global markets, he said.
