Medical examiner needs break while describing murdered 8-year-old's autopsy at court

A medical examiner who conducted the autopsy on an 8-year-old Florida girl who was abducted, raped and murdered in 2013, grew emotional at the alleged killer's trial Tuesday and had to interrupt her testimony for a break, the Daily Mail reported.

Dr. Valerie Rao, the Jacksonville chief medical examiner, testified that Cherish Perrywinkle sustained severe injuries from being raped and strangled, including a "‘totally destroyed anatomy."
